Arizona State Government discrimination okay per EEOC

Discrimination by Game & Fish

Arizona Repulsive
Now that you are paying attention to the Arizona Game & Fish Department, maybe someone can explain how it can sponsor a class for women only to teach them hiking, camping, archery, photography, outdoor cooking, etc.?

I thought there was a law that prohibited preferential treatment on the basis of sex? Or, does it prohibit excluding people because of their sex? In either case, the state has no business sponsoring an event based upon such discrimination.

Or, do you think that they are planning on offering classes to all the young men who grew up without fathers to teach them these same skills? "Men only," of course! Don't hold your breath.

This agency has survived many EEOC complaints filed by men. EEOC finds no discrimination in Arizona State Government, even though some agencies have less than 12% male employers, 8% for Arizona Office of Tourism.
