Remember when employers discriminated for child bearing
Now it is reverse
Can't have a baby, get lost

A Phoenix public relations blog had an article on being pregnant and doing public relations. One of the most visited posts on the Internet.

Used to be employers avoided younger women because they'd get pregnant every year or two and miss six months of work - which the employer must pay out of health care benefits. Men have no such benefit; another disparity women cover up by screaming they don't make as much as a man (bull).

Since 95% of all public relations jobs in Phoenix are held by women, employers must prefer losing years of work and paying higher health insurance premiums by preferencing women in their hiring process.
