It appears KTVK-TV Channel 3 Phoenix is more sexist and racist than believed. They purchase a show from IMAGE MAKERS AGENCY LLC called “Your Life A to Z.”
KTVK does not own the show, but they contract with Image Makers. It appears Image Makers practices both race and sex discrimination under the caveat they do not employ more than 15 people.
EEOC’s Agenda Against Men learned a male over 40 applied for the company’s marketing director several years back. He was smart, using his initials and his sister’s email address.
The owner of the company called this individual. She was hot to interview this female marketing wonder. When it turned out the applicant was male, she SUDDENLY had to take another phone call. Repeated attempts by the male to reach this individual, even calling her cell phone, failed.
Yes, the company did hire a female for the position. The company has no people of color, Orientals, older workers; strictly racist organization.
EEOC found in their favor because they did not have 15 employees and did not have to adhere to EEOC’s guidelines.
Channel 3 KTVK is different. They have to adhere to EEOC guidelines. The way they skirt them is to contract shows through sexist, racist companies like Image Makers Agency,
Write a letter to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and express you are fed up with KTVK-TV Channel 3 Phoenix’s discriminatory policies. Ask that their license be pulled. It’s a long time since the Lewis family owned the company and ran it respectfully.
